Dore uko wagabanya ibyago byo kwanduzwa n’amafunguro ahumanye

Urugero:

- Amafi ntabikwa hamwe n’inyama, kimwe muri ibi ntikibikwa hamwe n’imbuto, …

- Mu gihe cyo kubitegura ntabwo wakatira inyama cyangwa ngo uzirongane n’imboga.

• Guteka ibiribwa bigahira ku rugero rw’ubushyuhe rukwiye bitewe n’ubwoko bwabyo.

Urugero: igihe imboga zimara zitetswe nticyangana n’icyo amafi n’inyama bimara.

• Ibiryo bisigaye bibikwa ahantu hafutse nko muri frigo, kandi bigashyirwamo bimaze guhora.

• Ibiryo bitetse ntibigomba kumara iminsi irenze ibiri muri frigo, bitari ibyo bibikwa ahagenewe kubikonjesha ku kigero cyo hejuru.

• Ibiribwa bikonje bikomeza kubikwa mu bukonje naho ibibitse ahashyushye bigakomeza kubikwa ahashyushye, iyo bihinduriwe ikigero cy’ubushyuhe cyangwa cy’ubukonje birangirika (birahumana).

1. Inyama zitukura: Inka, ihene
2. Inyama z’umweru: Inkoko, inkwavu
3. Inyama zitunganyijwe mu ruganda (ni byiza kwita ku itariki zatunganyirijweho n’itariki ya nyuma y’ubuziranenge bwazo)
4. Imboga n’imbuto
5. Amafi
6. Ibikomoka ku mata (fromage, yaourt)
7. Amagi mabisi ibyiza ni ukuyarya ahiye neza no kwitondera ibiyakomokaho (mayonnaise)
8. Imitsima idahiye neza
9. Ibiribwa biseye cyangwa byumishije
