Amakuru y’urupfu rwa Itno yasakaye ku wa 20 Mata 2021, akaba yarapfuye aguye mu ntambara yo kurwanya inyeshyamba zishaka kwigarurira icyo gihugu nk’uko amakuru yatangajwe aturuka muri Chad abivuga.

Mu butumwa bwe, Perezida Kagame yavuze ko yihanganishije abaturage ba Chad n’umuryango wa Idris Déby Itno, avuga ko azibukirwa kuri byinshi birimo uruhare rwe rukomeye mu kurwanya iterabwoba n’ubuhezanguni.
