Nywa amazi birashira - Uko bareka kunywa itabi

Kuri iki cyumweru kirangiye, isi yose yijihije umunsi mpuzamahanga wo kureka itabi, wizihizwa ku wa 31 Gicurasi.

1. Gena itariki uzarekeraho itabi

Hitamo umunsi runaka mu byumweru bibiri biri imbere maze wiyemeze guhagarika gukoresha itabi burundu.

2. Menya ibigutera kurikoresha
Shakisha ibintu cyangwa ibihe bituma uryifuza, nko kugira stress, kunywa inzoga, kuba hamwe n’abarinywa cyangwa ibikorwa usanzwe ukora buri munsi.

3. Kuraho ibikoresho byose bifitanye isano n’itabi
Jugunya cyangwa uvanemo itabi, amacupa yo kuricanaho, ibibirika n’ibindi byose bishobora kugutera kuryifuza.

4. Saba ubufasha

Hari imiti cyangwa uburyo bwo kugabanya ubushake bwo kunywa itabi. Banza ugishe inama umuganga cyangwa undi mukozi w’ubuzima.

7. Gira imibereho myiza
Kora imyitozo ngororamubiri, urye indyo yuzuye, uruhuke bihagije kandi ushake uburyo bwo kugabanya stress.

8. Witegure ibimenyetso byo kurireka
