Ntushobora kugabanya umubyibuho ukabije utazi icyawuteye - Inzobere

Kubona wabyibushye ugahita ujya muri gym kugira ngo utakaze ibiro utazi icyaguteye umubyibuho, bisa no gushaka igisubizo kandi utazi ikibazo. Ni kenshi umuntu yireba akabona ibiro bye byariyongere agatangira kuremererwa kubera kubyibuha, inshuro nyinshi agahita ajya gukora imyitozo ngororamubiri, ndetse agatangira no guhindura imirire kugira ngo ibiro bigabanuke.

Umuganga w’inzobere mu mirire, Anastasie Mukakayumba, avuga ko bimeze nko gushaka igisubizo utazi ikibazo.

Mukakayumba asobanura agira ati “Uvuga ko ikintu/indwara yanze, ari uko wayisuzumwe ukayimenya, ugafata imiti iyo ndwara ntikire bikitwa ‘echec therapeutic’, icyo gihe hagashakisha izindi mpamvu.

Ariko gutakaza ibiro ntiwavuga ngo byanze. Icya mbere uwo muntu aba ari kuvura ikibazo atazi ko ari indwara kandi agakoresha uburyo butari bwo kugira ngo yivure, rimwe na rimwe umuntu akoresha uburyo budafite aho buhuriye n’indwara”.

Akomeza avuga ko umubyibuho uterwa n’ibintu byinshi. Ushobora kuba waratewe n’imiti umuntu afata imutera kurya cyane, umuhangayiko (stress), cyangwa se bikaba biri mu muryango.

Arakomeza ati “Indi mpamvu ya kabiri ni impamvu mvamutima, usanga ahanini bifite aho bihuriye n’ubuzima bwo mu mutwe. Ni yo mpamvu buri murwayi mbanza nkareba impamvu yaba yaramuteye umubyibuho bitewe n’ahahise he”.

Avuga kandi ko kuba wakwiyongera ibiro ugahita ujya muri siporo atari byo, kuko umuti w’ibiro ari ukubanza ukamenya icyabiteye mbere yo gushaka kubigabanya.

Mukakayumba agira abantu inama yo kubanza bakamenya ko umubyibuho ukabije ari indwara ubwayo, nk’uko n’Ishami ry’Umuryango w’Abibumbye ryita ku Buzima (OMS) ribisobanura.

Mukakayumba kandi avuga ko iyo umuntu arwaye agomba kugana umuganga ubizobereyemo kandi ukamenya amakuru yimbitse.

Ati “Iyo ufite urubanza ushaka umunyamategeko ukuvuganira ntujya gushaka umukanishi, abantu bakwiye kumenya ko umubyibuho ukabije uvurwa ,bitewe n’inkomoko yawo kandi nta byo kurya byihariye (regime) bihari bigenerwa abantu bose”.
