Kuba witwaye mu modoka ntibikuraho kwambara agapfukamunwa - Minisitiri Ngamije

Kwambara neza agapfukamunwa ni bumwe mu buryo bw’ibanze bukoreshwa ku isi hose, mu rwego rwo kwirinda kwanduzanya icyorezo cya Covid-19. Icyakora bamwe mu batwara imodoka, ngo ntibumva impamvu ari ngombwa kwambara agapfukamunwa mu gihe uri mu modoka yawe wenyine, nta muntu uri hafi wakwanduza cyangwa ngo nawe umwanduze.

Minisiteri y’Ubuzima mu Rwanda ivuga ko ari ngombwa cyane kwambara agapfukamunwa mu gihe usohotse mu rugo iwawe, kabone n’ubwo waba uri wenyine mu modoka, kuko n’ubundi haba hakiri ibyago byo kwandura Covid-19.

Mu kiganiro yagiranye na RBA, Minisitiri w’Ubuzima Dr Daniel Ngamije, yasobanuye impamvu umuntu uri mu modoka wenyine agomba kwirinda, yambara agapfukamunwa.

Yagize ati: “Umuntu uri mu modoka aba afite aho agiye. Aho ashobora kuhahurira n’abandi bantu banyuranye. Mu gihe atagafite, byaba ari ikibazo kuba yagera aho abandi bari atirinze. Ikindi ni uko na we ubwe ashobora kwiyanduza. Intoki zacu zikorakora ahantu hanyuranye, zishobora gukora ahantu cyangwa ku gikoresho cyanduye. Igihe rero utambaye agapfukamunwa, ushobora kwikora ku mazuru cyangwa ku munwa byoroshye ukaba uriyanduje”.

Dr Daniel Ngamije, akomeza asaba Abanyarwanda kutirara, kuko n’ubwo hari ibikorwa byinshi byafunguye, ndetse n’ibindi biteganya gufungura, bidasobanuye ko icyorezo cyarangiye mu Rwanda.

Yasabye kandi abaturage bose gukomeza kubahiriza amabwiriza yo kwirinda, bambara neza agapfukamunwa, batarinze gukomeza kubyibutswa n’inzego z’umutekano, kuko ibi bishobora kubaviramo gufatirwa ibihano.
