Abarenga 700 barimo n’Abanyarwanda bizihije umunsi mpuzamahanga wa Yoga
Abahanga mu bijyanye n’imyitozo bavuga ko guhumeka neza ari uguhumekesha inda n’imbavu. Ni kimwe mu byo siporo ya Yoga yigisha, kuko ifasha umuntu mu guhumekesha igice cyo kunda n’icyo ku mbavu.

Ubwo mu Rwanda hizihizwaga umunsi mpuzamahanga wa Yoga ku cyumweru tariki 23 Kamena 2024, bamwe mu bakora uwo mwitozo ngororamubiri bavuze ko ari bumwe mu bumenyi bwo mu rwego rwo hejuru yaba mu kwimenya, kumenya roho, ibinyabuzima no kumenya Imana.
Ni umwitozo uzwi cyane ku bahinde akenshi abantu bakanabishanisha n’imyemerere yabo, ibyo abatari bake bemeza ko ibikorwamo bifite aho bihuriye n’imigenzo y’amadini yabo.
Bamwe mu Banyarwanda bamaze igihe bakora Yoga, bavuga ko ibafasha gutuma barushaho kumera neza kubera ko ari umwitozo nk’indi yose kandi udasaba imbaraga cyane.
Iliza Francisca avuga ko amaze igihe kirenga imyaka ibiri atangiye gukora Yoga, kandi ko hari byinshi imaze kumufasha.
Ati “Ni siporo bisanzwe kandi siporo ni ubuzima, iyo umuntu ari muri Yoga rimwe na rimwe yitekerezaho bigatuma umubiri umera neza, kandi ni siporo idasaba imbaraga mu gihe izindi bisaba imbaraga ukabira icyuya. Ikintu imaze kumpinduraho ni ukugororoka kandi hari ibiro bike nagiye nta kubera gukora Yoga.”
Umuyobozi Mukuru w’Ihuriro ry’ubucuruzi hagati y’u Buhinde na Afurika (India-Africa Business Forum IABF), Dr Saurabh Singhal, avuga ko icyiza cya Yoga ari uko ari umukino udasaba kuba uwukina aba afite amikoro nubwo ku rundi ruhande adahakana ko inkomoko yawo ifitanye isano n’imyemerere ishingiye ku idini.

Ambasaderi w’agateganyo w’u Buhinde mu Rwanda Nilratan Mridha, avuga ko Yoga ari ingirakamaro ku muburi w’umuntu kubera ko ishobora gufasha mu gukira indwara nyinshi zitandukanye.
Ati “Ugiye ufata umwanya muto utarenga iminota itanu buri munsi mugitondo ugakora Yoga, byaba byiza ku buzima bwawe kandi ndasaba buri wese kujya afata iyo minota kuko ari byiza ku buzima bwe.”
Umunyamabanga Uhoraho muri Minisiteri ya Siporo, Zephanie Niyonkuru, nawe wifatanyije n’abandi kwizihiza umunsi mpuzamahanga wa Yoga, avuga ko ari siporo ikomeje gukura cyane.
Ati “Abahinde barayikora cyane ariko n’Abanyarwanda ndetse abanyamahanga baba hano mu Rwanda, ni siporo nziza kimwe n’izindi ariko ikagira icyo kintu cyihariye cy’uko uretse kuba ituma umera neza mu buryo bw’umubiri, ariko hazamo na cya kindi cy’ubwonko.”
Ni imyitozo abantu barimo kugenda bayoboka cyane by’umwihariko mu Rwanda, ahanini bitewe n’uko nubwo ari siporo ariko hazamo ikintu cyo gutuza umuntu agatekereza.
Ubushakashatsi butandukanye bwagiye bukorwa bugaragaza ko Yoga no kwitekerezaho ari umuti w’umunaniro n’izindi ndwara zitandukanye.
Ubusanzwe umunsi mpuzamahanga wa Yoga uba buri mwaka tariki 21 Kamena ukizihizwa mu bice bitandukanye by’u Buhinde n’ahandi hose ikorwa ku Isi.
