Wari uzi ko umuceri ukorwamo amata afasha abana gukura neza?

Amata y’umuceri ashobora gutegurwa mu buryo bubiri:

1. Gukoresha umuceri udatetse (mubisi):

• Kuwinika mu mazi ahwanye n’igipimo cy’umuceri (urugero, niba ugiye gukoresha agakombe kamwe k’umuceri urapima amazi muri ako gakombe), upfundikire neza umaremo amasaha 12.

• Kuwukura muri ya mazi winitswemo, ukawusya mu kamashini kabigenewe (Blender/mixeur), ushyizemo andi mazi mashyashya kandi asukuye (atetse cyangwa yatunganyirijwe mu ruganda).

• Kuyungurura mu kayungirizo gafite utwenge duto cyane cyangwa mu gatambaro kagenewe kuyungurura amata akoze mu bimera.

2. Uburyo bwa kabiri ni ugukoresha umuceri utetse

• Kwinika umuceri mu mazi mu gihe cy’amasaha 24
• Kuwukura muri ayo mazi
• Kuwuteka ukabira hanyuma ugatereka iminota 15
• Kuwusya no kuyungurura n’akayungirizo cyangwa agatambaro kabigenewe.

Ibikatsi na byo bifite umumaro
