Wari uzi ko imboga-rwatsi zikorwamo boulettes?
Abanyeshuri bo muri Kaminuza y’u Rwanda ishami ry’ubuhinzi n’ubworozi, bavumbuye uburyo bwo gukora burete (boulettes) zirimo imboga rwatsi, karoti n’ibitunguru.

Aba banyeshuri kandi banavumbuye uburyo bwo gukora tofu iva muri soya, ikundwa cyane n’abatarya inyama kandi ikagira intungamubiri nk’iz’inyama.
Aba banyeshuri berekanye ibikorwa byabo mu imurikagurisha ry’ibikomoka ku buhinzi n’ubworozi, ryaberaga ku Murindi mu mujyi wa Kigali, mu kwezi gushize kwa Kamena 2019.
Valentin Ishimwe Yizerwe, umunyeshuri muri Kaminuza yasobanuye uburyo bakora burete mu mboga rwatsi ndetse no muri soya ku batarya inyama.
Yagize ati “Twe dufata imboga za dodo, epinari, perisire, tungurusumu, karoti, puwaro n’ibitunguru bitukura tukabivanga n’inyama ziseye z’inka, tugakoramo burete”.

Naho ku bantu batarya inyama dufata tofu iva muri soya igasimbura za nyama tukayivangamo izo mboga nyuma hakavamo burete zikozwe mu nyama ndetse no muri tofu”.
Uyu munyeshuri agaragaza akamaro k’imboga, akavuga ko zigira vitamine c, kandi kuba zivanze n’inyama bigakabanya ingaruka mbi ziterwa n’inyama zitukura, ikindi ku bantu badakunda kurya imboga ubu buryo burabafasha kubera ko ushobora no kuzikoramo isosi ukaba wayirisha ikindi kintu.
Izo burete zifite ubushobozi bwo kumara hagati y’iminsi ine n’itandatu zibitswe ahantu humutse (dry place).
Abantu bose bemerewe kuzirya, cyane cyane abana n’abari mu zabukuru kubera intungamubiri nyinshi zifitemo, by’umwihariko zoroshye kurya.

Aba banyeshuri bavuga ko bataratangira gucuruza izo burete cyangwa tofu bakora, uretse gusa ku baturiye ishuri bigamo.
Burete imwe ikoze mu nyama igura amafaranga 300 y’amanyarwanda, naho ku zikoze muri tofu ni imwe ikagura amafaranga 200.
