Menya uko wafasha umuntu wabaye imbata y’inzoga

Benshi bakunze kunywa inzoga, ariko hari ubwo umuntu agenda ayimenyera bucye bucye, akageza ubwo ahinduka imbata yayo ku buryo iyo atayinyoye usanga byamubujije amahoro.

Ibimenyetso bikubwira ko wabaye imbata y’inzoga, ni uko iyo utayibonye ngo uyinywe bigutera kumva ubuze amahoro ndetse rimwe na rimwe ukabura ibitotsi.

Prof. Sezibera Vincent, waminuje mu bijyanye n’imyitwarire ya muntu (Psychologist), akaba n’umwarimu muri Kaminuza y’u Rwanda, avuga ko inzoga ari kimwe mu bigira imbata abantu ku buryo uwo byabayeho umubwirwa n’uko iyo atanyoye inzoga, usanga yabuze amahoro, akumva hari icyo abura mu buzima bwe.

Uko wafasha uwabaye imbata y’inzoga kuyireka cyangwa se kunywa mu rugero rukwiye, ni ukubanza kumenya icyamuteye kunywa izo nzoga.

Prof. Sezibera avuga ko ibyatera umuntu kunywa inzoga ari byinshi cyane, harimo kuba umuntu afite ibibazo akibwira ko kunywa inzoga bimufasha kubyiyibagiza, kuba umuntu afite inshuti zikunda kunywa inzoga, kuba abura ibitotsi ku mpamvu runaka ariko yanywa inzoga akumva ziri bumufashe gusinzira.

Ati “Kuba imbata y’inzoga ni uko buri munsi uyinywa ndetse waba utayinyoye ukumva nta mahoro ufite, gukora bikakunanira, gutekereza bikanga, ukumva usa nk’aho udatekanye”.

Gufasha uwo muntu wabaswe n’inzoga ngo ni urugendo rudakorwa umunsi umwe ngo rurangire, bisaba ko mubanza mukaganira ukamenya icyamuteye kunywa inzoga nyinshi, iyo ukimenye utangira kumufasha buhoro buhoro no kumwereka inzira yo kubisohokamo.

Prof. Sezibera avuga ko iyo umunywi w’inzoga abiterwa n’inshuti mbi, umusaba kuzireka cyangwa agahagarika kugendana na zo.
