Menya ibyiza n’ibibi by’icyayi cya ‘Mukaru’

Mukaru cyangwa se icyayi cy’umukara (Le the noir/black tea), ni icyayi kiboneka mu mababi y’icyayi cyo mu bwoko bwa Thea sinensis/ Camellia sinensis, hakabaho kumishwa mu buryo kimeze nk’igitaze.
