Tofu ni iki?

Tofu cyangwa se inyama za soya (Bamwe bita fromage de soja) ni ikiribwa gifite inkomoko mu Bushinwa, kiboneka mu bikatsi bya soya nyuma yo gukamurwamo amata.

Tofu imeze nk’umutsima ufite ibara ry’umweru, ikagira impumuro nkeya n’uburyohe butumvikana, ishobora kuribwa mu buryo butandukanye haba kuyirya mu isosi, yumutse, ivanze mu mboga mbisi (salade), mu mugati n’ahandi.

5. Amata ya soya aba meza ku bana no ku bantu bakuru kurusha amata asanzwe, kuko proteine zo mu mata ya soya igogora ryazo rigenda neza kandi ryoroha kurusha izo mu mata asanzwe, ndetse no ku nyama zisanzwe n’izikoze muri soya (tofu) na ho ni uko.
