Dr Eli Hair we avuga ko hari n’abantu babura ibitotsi kubera ko barwaye indwara zidakira, bakaba bafite ububabare budashira, ibyo bikabaviramo n’ibindi bibazo by’ubuzima bitandukanye, harimo nko guhorana umujagararo w’ubwonko (stress) n’ibindi.
