‘Concombre’ yafasha mu kurwanya Diyabete

Konkombure (concombre) ni imboga zitamenyerewe cyane mu Rwanda, ariko abantu benshi bagenda bazimenya kuko zirimo kugera ku masoko atandukanye ndetse n’abahinzi cyane cyane abahinga mu bishanga batangiye kwitabira ubuhinzi bwazo, kuko bavuga ko zitanagora cyane kuzihinga. Izo mboga kandi zigira uruhare mu buzima bwiza bw’ingingo, no mu kugabanya ububabare ku bantu barwara indwara ya ‘goutte’ ikunze gufata mu ngingo z’amaguru kandi ngo ikababaza cyane.

Konkombure ikize cyane kuri za vitamine A, B1, B6, C, D, folate, calcium, magnésium na potassium, iyo zivanzwe na karoti bifasha mu kugabanya ubwo bubabare buterwa na ‘goutte’.

Ikindi izo ‘antioxidants’ ngo zifasha umutima kugira ubuzima bwiza ndetse zigakumira kanseri zimwe na zimwe.
