Abakoresha barashishikarizwa kwita ku buzima bwo mu mutwe bw’abakozi

Raporo y’Umuryango wita ku buzima bwo mu mutwe (Mental Health Hub - mHub) igaragaza ko abakozi mu nzego zigenga no mu nzego za Leta bangana na 30,1% bagaragaza ibibazo by’umuhangayiko (stress) baterwa n’ubwoba bw’uko bakwirukanwa mu kazi no kuba batazamurwa mu ntera.

Bimwe mu bituma ubuzima bwo mu mutwe bw’abakozi butamera neza birimo ibibazo by’amikoro adahagije, inshingano z’imiryango, imiyoborere idahwitse y’aho bakora, guhindurirwa inshingano, gukorera kure y’imiryango yabo, itotezwa mu kazi, ivangura n’urwango, imibanire yo mu kazi rimwe na rimwe iteza ukutumvikana mu kazi, guhora umukozi afite akazi kenshi asabwa kurangiza vuba, ndetse n’ibibazo by’ubuzima bwite bw’umukozi.

Iyi raporo igaragaza ko abakozi bangana na 30,4% bakora akazi kenshi karenze ubushbozi bwabo kandi bagakora amasaha menshi y’ikirenga.

Raporo igaragaza ko ihungabana rikabije ry’ubuzima bwo mu mutwe mu bakozi ryavuye kuri 34.1% ryariho mu mwaka wa 2021, rigera kuri 37.8% muri uyu mwaka wa 2023. Ni mu gihe ihungabana ryoroheje ryavuye kuri 77.6% rigera kuri 80.4%.

Iyi raporo ikomeza ivuga ko bitewe n’ubuzima bwo mu mutwe butameze neza, abakozi bangana na 51,4% batabasha gukora neza akazi bakitayeho, naho abandi 25,5% ntibabashe gukorana neza na bagenzi babo.

Abakozi bangana na 64% bo basanga abakoresha bakwiye gutanga ubufasha ku bakozi babo butuma bagira ubuzima bwiza bwo mu mutwe.

Inzego ziganjemo abakozi bafite ibibazo by’ubuzima bwo mu mutwe ni izerekeranye no n’amahoteli no kwakira abantu ndetse no mu bukerarugendo, mu bakozi ba Leta, mu burezi, mu itumanaho, mu mabanki n’imari, mu nganda, mu ikoranabuhanga, n’ibindi.

Bimwe mu bimenyetso abakozi batameze neza mu mutwe bagaragaza birimo kudakorana umwete mu kazi, umunaniro, ibitotsi, uburwayi bw’umutwe n’umugongo.

Abakoresha bangana na 44,4% by’ababajijwe bagaragaje ko bafite ubushake bwo kwita ku buzima bwiza bwo mu mutwe bw’abakozi.

Basanga kandi ku kazi haba hakenewe imikoro ifasha abakozi kurwanya umuhangayiko, abakozi bakaganirizwa ku bibazo bafite, kandi bakagirwa inama zabafasha gusohoka mu bibazo by’ubuzima baba bafite.

Espoir Baraka, inzobere mu by’ubuzima bwo mu mutwe (psychologist), ukorana n’Umuryango wita ku buzima bwo mu mutwe ( mHub) asanga abakoresha bakwiye kugira uruhare runini mu kwita ku buzima bwo mu mutwe bw’abakozi babo.

Yagize ati “Ubuzima bwawe nk’umukozi bugira ingaruka mu buryo ukoramo akazi kawe no mu mibanire yawe n’abandi cyangwa se abantu uha serivisi. Ku kazi abakoresha bakwiye kurema umuco wo kuganira n’abakozi ku bibazo bitandukanye. Kubasha kuvuga ibikuri ku mutima ni wo muti wa mbere w’ibibazo by’umuhangayiko no kwiheba, kandi hakabaho ibanga, ndetse abakozi bagaragaje ibyo bibazo ntibahabwe akato.”

Baraka kandi agaragaza ko abakozi baba bakwiye guhabwa amahirwe yo guhura n’umujyanama (counselor) ubatega amatwi akabafasha gukemura ibibazo bitandukanye byaba ibyo mu ngo zabo n’ibindi bahurira na byo mu buzima.

Ati “Hari abantu benshi baba barwaye cyangwa barwaje ababyeyi indwara zikomeye nka kanseri, abapfushije,… iyo aje mu kazi ntagire umuntu umutega ugutwi ngo yumve ikibazo afite, urumva ntabwo yakora akazi neza. Iyo umukozi afite ubuzima bwiza mu mitekerereze no mu marangamutima, abasha no gukora akazi neza.”

Mu bindi bimenyetso abakozi bagaragaza ngo harimo gusiba akazi inshuro nyinshi, gukererwa ku kazi, kwaka iminsi y’ikiruhuko kenshi, no kutagaragaza ubushake mu kazi, umusaruro umukozi yatangaga ukagabanuka.

Françoise Uzamukunda, Umuyobozi wa mHub Rwanda, avuga ko ubushakashatsi bwa mbere bakoze wasangaga impamvu nyinshi zifite aho zihuriye na Covid-19, kuri iyi nshuro bakaba barakoze ubundi bashaka kubugereranya n’ubwo muri icyo gihe cya Covid-19.

Yagize ati "Ku mimerere y’abakozi, usanga impamvu zikiri zimwe, hari n’aho ibibazo byarushijeho, kuko ibigo byinshi byagiye bigira igihombo, nyuma ya Covid-19 habaho gukora cyane."

"Usanga hari ibibazo biterwa n’uko abantu bakora amasaha menshi y’akazi, imiyoborere mibi y’ikigo, cyangwa ugasanga ikigo gishyize imbere inyungu kuruta kwita ku mukozi kandi ari we umuzanira inyungu. Ibibazo by’ubuzima bwo mu mutwe birahari ntabwo abantu bajya mu bitaro, ahubwo babigendana buri munsi."

Françoise Uzamukunda ashishikariza abakoresha gufasha abakozi kugira ubuzima bwiza bwo mu mutwe, kuko aribwo bazamererwa neza, bagatanga umusaruro ufatika mu kazi.

Minisiteri y’Ubuzima mu Rwanda irateganya gukora isuzuma ryimbitse rigamije kureba uko ubuzima bwo mu mutwe buhagaze, nyuma ya raporo nyinshi zimaze iminsi zisohoka zigaragaza ko imibare y’abafite ibibazo byo mu mutwe yiyongera.
