Kumva urusaku rw’amazi ngo bigabanya umunaniro wo mu mutwe

Ubushakashatsi bwakozwe n’abahanga bo mu gihugu cy’Ubusuwisi (Suisse) bugaragaza ko ku bantu bafite ikibazo cyo kumva batameze neza mu mitekerereze (stress) kimwe mu byabavura neza uwo munaniro ari ukumva urusaku rw’amazi.
