Perezida wa Repubulika y’u Rwanda, Paul Kagame, yitabiriye inama y’inteko rusange isanzwe ya 34 y’Umuryango wa Afurika yunze Ubumwe, ikaba yateranye hakoreshejwe uburyo bw’ikoranabuhanga mu rwego rwo kwirinda ikwirakwira ry’icyorezo cya COVID-19.

Biteganyijwe ko Perezida Kagame ageza ku bitabiriye iyi nteko raporo igaragaza amavugurura yakozwe mu nzego z’umuryango wa Afurika yunze Ubumwe.
