Perezida wa Repubulika y’u Rwanda, Paul Kagame, yifurije ishya n’ihirwe mugenzi we wa Burkina Faso, Roch Marc Christian Kaboré, wongeye gutorerwa kuyobora iki gihugu, anamwizeza ubufatanye mu gukomeza guteza imbere umubano w’ibihugu byombi.
