Abarokotse Jenoside bageze mu zabukuru bifashisha Yoga mu kurwanya umuhangayiko wa COVID-19

Umwaka wa 2020 uzibukirwa ku cyorezo cya COVID-19 cyahungabanyije ubukungu, ubucuruzi, imiryango n’abantu ku giti cyabo.

Imibare itangwa n’Ishami ry’Umuryango w’Abibumbye ryita ku Buzima (OMS) igaragaza ko umuntu umwe kuri batatu afite ibibazo by’uburwayi bwo mu mutwe kandi kubera ingaruka za COVID-19 zirimo guhatirwa kuguma mu rugo, kubura imirimo no kwigunga iyi mibare ishobora kwiyongera.

Bitandukanye n’urubyiruko rwarokotse Jenoside, abarokotse bageze mu zabuku bavuga ko bagize ingaruka zikomeye ku ngamba zo kwirinda COVID-19 kubera ihagarikwa ry’ibikorwa bimwe na bimwe mu gihe urubyiruko rwahugiye kuri internet.
