Gutanga amaraso si ugutabara gusa ahubwo bigira akamaro no ku bayatanga- Dr Thomas Muyombo

Gutanga amaraso bisanzwe bizwi ko ari uburyo bwo gutabara, bigakorwa ku bushake bw’abayatanga, kuko baba bazi ko azakoreshwa mu kurengera ubuzima mu buryo butandukanye, ariko ibyo abantu benshi bashobora kuba batazi ni uko burya abatanga amaraso na bo ubwabo bibagirira akamaro mu buryo butandukanye, nk’uko bisobanurwa na Muganga Dr Thomas Muyombo uzwi cyane nka Tom Close mu bijyanye n’umuziki.

Dr Thomas Muyombo avuga mu bijyanye no gutanga amaraso, nta muntu ubihatirwa, bikorwa ku bushake kandi ko n’iyo bagiye gusaba abantu gutanga amaraso batabanza kubabwira ko hari icyo abatanga amaraso babyungukiramo cyangwa se ko hari indwara bibarinda, kuko n’ubundi abatanga amaraso ku buryo buhoraho baba bagira imyitwarire ituma badukunze guhura n’indwara zitandukanye, ikindi byaba ari nko gutera abantu ubwoba kandi utanga amaraso aba agomba kuba agamije gufasha kuruta uko aje agamije kwifasha ubwe.

Dr Thomas yemeza ko ubundi umuntu muzima wujuje ibisabwa wese, yagombye gutanga amaraso agafasha abayakeneye kuko n’ubundi yayatanga atayatanga, iyo igihe kigeze arasaza agasohoka mu myanda. Mbese ni nka ya mvugo ngo wanga kumera igihugu amaraso imbwa zikayanywera ubusa.

Yagize ati, “ Buriya buri minsi 120 amaraso arasaza, agasohoka mu myanda abantu bakayituma cyangwa se agasohoka mu nkari, agasimburwa n’andi mashyashya, kandi bikorwa ku buryo butagaragara ni nk’uko duhumeka. Amagufa yacu arimo ubushobozi bwo gukora amaraso kuko akorerwa mu misokoro, yamara gukura neza akajya mu mitsi igatangira kuyatembereza anyura mu mubiri wose anyuze mu mutima, mu gihe kiri hagati y’umunota 1-3 amaraso aba agarutse aho yatangiriye.

Iyo amaraso agarutse avuye mu mutima, urwagashya rutoranyamo ashaje, n’andi afite ubumuga (ni ukuvuga amaraso arimo insoro zitukura zitakozwe ku buryo bwuzuye ngo zigere ishusho yiburungushuye ‘forme ovale’), mbese ameze nabi yose, rukayagumana, rukayacagagura, nyuma akajya mu mwijima, ukayayungurura andi akajya mu mpyiko zikayayungurura akazasohoka nk’imyanda”.

Dr Thomas avuga ko gutanga amaraso, ku bantu bayatanga ku buryo buhoraho ari ibintu bisanzwe, kuko n’ubundi nta muntu ugenda avuga ngo ndujuje mfite amaraso menshi cyane, kuko no kugira amaraso menshi arenze urugero biba ari uburwayi.

Yagize ati, “ Umuntu bavuga ko afite amaraso menshi cyane, ni uburwayi bukunze kuboneka mu misozi miremire kuko abantu bataba babona ‘oxygen’ neza, noneho umubiri ugakora insoro nyinshi zitukura kugira hashobore kuboneka ‘oxygen’ nyinshi, rimwe na rimwe amaraso agafatana , akaba ashobora no kwipfundika, akaba ashobora kugira ibimenyetso byo guhora ababara umutwe,icyo gihe kwa muganga bwamwohereza hano kugira ngo tuyagabanye. Gusa ayo ntituyaha abarwayi kuko abari amaraso y’umurwayi kandi twebwe dufata amaraso y’abantu bazima. Ku bantu bakunze gutanga birinda icyo kibazo, kuko amaraso yabo ahora yiyuburura”.

Dr Thomas avuga ko ku bantu batanga amaraso bihoraho, bibafasha mu buryo bw’uko amaraso yabo ahora yiyuburura, mbese abigereranya n’imodoka itagenda, igera aho ikangirika moteri ku buryo mu gihe runaka iba igomba kujyanwa mu misozi ngo moteri ikore neza.

Agira ati,” Umuntu utanze inite y’amaraso ( mililitiro ziri hagati ya 420-450), umubiri we uba wayasubiranye mu minsi 56, ariko bimwe mu bice bigize ayo maraso bitangira kugaruka ku munsi wa mbere, kuko amazi umuntu ahabwa mbere yo gutanga amaraso, agize 60% by’amaraso atanga kandi umubiri uhita uyagumana, hagasigara habura 40% iba igizwe n’insoro zitukura za poroteyine n’ibindi.

Iyo duha abantu Fanta na ‘cake’ ni ukugira ngo umubiri ukuremo isukari, kuko ubushakashatsi bwagaragaje ko ‘snacks’ zizamura isukari vuba cyane, icyo biba bigamije ni ugutuma umuntu umaze gutanga amaraso agenda adacitse intege”.

Ku bijyanye no kuba gutanga amaraso bigabanya ibyago byo kugira ikibazo cy’amaraso atagera mu mutima neza, no kugira umuvuduko w’amaraso uri hejuru (high blood pressure),ndetse no kugabanya za ‘cholesterol’ Dr Thomas avuga ko byafasha nubwo atari byo byonyine byarinda ibyo bibazo byose, kandi ko hagikenewe ubushakashatsi kugira ngo bubyemeze neza, kuko nko ku muvuduko w’amaraso ukabije hari impamvu nyinshi zishobroa gutera icyo kibazo, harimo umubyibuho ukabije, kunywa itabi, kudakora siporo ni kuguma hamwe igihe kirekire ndetse n’uruhererekane rwo mu muryango.

Dr Thomas yemeza ko amaraso abantu batanga, n’ubundi abari amaraso yafatwa nk’umusago ku maraso umuntu agira, kuko ngo Imana yari ibizi ko mu buzima umuntu ashobora gukomereka akava amaraso, akava imyuna, n’ibindi bituma ava amaraso kandi ntahite agire ikibazo. Ayo rero ni yo umuntu atanga akajya gufasha kandi agakomeza kugenda nk’aho nta cyabaye. Mu Rwanda umuntu yemerewe gutangira gutanga amaraso afite imyaka 18 kugeza agize imyaka 60-65 iyo nta zindi ndwara aragira zituma atayatanga.

Utanga amaraso kandi ngo aba agomba kuba afite ibiro hejuru ya 50 kuzamura, ibiro byo hejuru ntibabivuga kuko ngo hari n’abantu baba barenza ibiro 120 ariko bameze neza mu mubiri bagatanga amaraso nta kibazo cyane cyane nk’abantu bakora siporo.

Ikindi cyiza cyo gutanga amaraso ku buryo buhoraho, ni uko bituma umuntu ahora azi uko ubuzima bwe buhagaze, Dr Thomas avuga ko nubwo bitemewe ko umuntu aza gutanga amaraso kugira ngo bamupime amenye uko ubuzima bwe buhagaze, ariko umuntu ahaguruka aje gutanga amaraso, yabanje kwipimisha yaba ubwandu bwa virusi itera SIDA, Diyabete n’izindi ndwara zitandura.

Yagize ati, “ Ku bantu batanga amaraso bibaha amahirwe yo kuba bahora bazi uko ubuzima bwabo buhagaze, kuko barikurikirana kandi natwe buri gihe uko bagiye gutanga amaraso tubanza kubapima”.

Hari kandi kuba abantu bagira ubuzima bwiza bwo mu mutwe, bituruka ku kuba bumva ko hari ikintu bamaze muri sosiyete kandi ku buryo butaziguye.

Dr Thomas yagize ati, “ Iyo utanga amaraso ntuba uzi uwo ufashije, ashobora kuba ari umusirikare, umupolisi, umuganga, umuturage mugenzi wawe, agahinja kavutse, umubyeyi ugiye kubyara, cyangwa se umuyobozi n’abandi.

Umunyonzi yatanda amaraso agafasha Minisitiri, utanga amaraso kuri twe tumufata nk’intwari, ni ingirakamaro, iyo umuntu atanze amaraso abashobora gufasha abantu barenze umwe, ni yo mpamvu hari n’umunsi wahariwe abatanga amaraso uba tariki 14 Kamena buri mwaka, tugatoranya bamwe mu batanga amaraso hirya no hino mu gihugu tukabaha imidari , tukabashima nk’intwari”.

Dr Thomas akomeza avuga ko uko kumva ko bafite icyo bameze muri sosityete kandi ku buryo butaziguye bigira uruhare mu kugira ubuzima bwiza bwo mu mutwe, kuko bitandukanye no kumva ko umuntu asora, nyuma akumva ko imisoro yubaka imihanda, amavuriro n’ibindi. Kuba bumva ko amaraso batanga hari abantu aramira bakabaho kandi bari kubura ubuzima iyo ataboneka ngo bituma bumva bishimiye ibyo bakora bakagira n’ishyaka ryo gukomeza kubikora nk’uburyo bwo gutabara.

Avuga ko ku bantu bizera Imana bo baha agaciro ikintu cyo gutanga amaraso cyane, kuko na Yezu cyangwa Yesu kugira ngo acungure abantu byasabye ko amena amaraso ye. Amaraso rero ngo atandukanye n’amafaranga, atandukanye n’ibiryo kuko umuntu yaburara ejo akabibona akarya, ariko ubuze amaraso ariyo yari akeneye arapfa.

Dr Muyombo Thomas avuga ko umuntu utanga amaraso yishimira kumva hari ubuzima atabaye nubwo ataba azi uwo afashije, mbese ngo ni kimwe n’umusirikare ushobora kurara anyagirwa n’imvura acunze umutekano, ariko yataha akishimira ko abantu batekanye.

Yemeza ko ubu nta murwayi n’umwe mu Rwanda ushobora gukenera amaraso ngo ayabure, kandi uwo muhigo weswa binyuze mu batanga amaraso bakomeza kubyitabira, yaba abaturage basanzwe ndetse n’abayobozi mu nzego zikomeye, barimo abahorana iryo shyaka ryo gushaka akanya mu nshingano zibafata umwanya munini ariko bakajya gutanga amaraso.

Dr Thomas avuga ko umuntu ashobora gutanga amaraso buri mezi 2 , ariko ntarenze inshuro 4 mu mwaka, ariko ku bantu batanga ibyo bita udufashi ‘plaquettes’ gusa, bo ngo bashobora gutanga buri byumweru bibiri, bagatanga inshuro 24 mu mwaka.

Umubare w’abatanga amaraso mu Rwanda ugenda uzamuka uko imyaka igenda ishira indi igataha, ibyo akaba ari nabyo bituma ikibazo cy’ibura ry’amaraso mu bitaro cyarakemutse, mu 2022 abatanga amaraso bari ibihumbi mirongo itanu na bine (54.000), ubu haracyakorwa icyegeranyo cy’umubare w’abayatanze mu 2023.

Mu myaka itatu ishize ( 2021, 2022,2023), Ikigo gishinzwe gutanga amaraso muri RBC cyakiriye inite z’amaraso ziri hagati ya 80.000-83.000.
